Q: I have been caught in a cycle of using porn on again off again for most of my life. I'm truly wanting to break free of this struggle. What advice to you have for me, to help me break free?

Porn is everywhere, and the roots of why some people struggle with porn more than others run deep. Because porn use and sexual struggles are a reflection of something deeper - our need for connection.

Our sexual struggles are often a reflection of a deeper need to connect in healthy ways. A deeper need to connect with God, self, and others.
