Kathryn Hansen, author of Brain Over Binge,  joins me in this episode to talk about her experience with binge eating, and how conventional therapy wasn't the answer. 

I struggled with bulimia and binge eating disorder for about 15 years, between the ages of 15 and 30, and during that time I did reach out for help and get therapy, but can’t say it was conventional therapy that brought an end to my eating disorder. This is something that Kathryn talks about extensively in her incredible book, Brain Over Binge.
