The COVID lockdown provided an opportunity to reassess their priorities and they pivoted to working together to help others through real estate.
Anuja became a full-time real estate agent with a focus on helping investors, teachers and downsizing seniors. She co-hosts Beyond the Bell: Lifestyle Design for Canadian Teachers, a podcast educating teachers on lifestyle freedom today and after the bell.
David launched a Rent To Own business (www.RentToGrowHomes.com) with a focus on Eastern Ontario. He helps responsible renters with good incomes earn home ownership. His business model offers a targeted 20% annualized return to his passive investors.
They share an office in their Mississauga home and have learned to avoid annoying each other (most of the time).
