Jonathon admits he still struggles to disconnect but found that planning activities, bike rides, and historical trips helps him shift his focus after a brief bout with anxiety.

You are not that important that the company will fall apart without you. If you cannot step away for a week, that is a problem with your systems, not your work ethic.
