Bianca, Ben and Lakey are joined by some special guests in the studio this morning. Adam, Julia, and Sherri are in the studio as Sea FM want to give them a Helping Hand.

Last year Adam and Julia lost their oldest daughter Maddie to a rare form of Brain cancer, “she was an absolute gem”. Maddie loved music and her sister Sherri says they used to learn the lyrics to Thrift Shop – Macklemore. So, the Sea FM team have organised 2 all-access platinum passes to this Friday’s Fridayz Live which includes a meet and greet with artists.

“I’m A New Man Today, I’ve Got A New Lease On Life” Ben's Hair Transplant Update

Yesterday Ben went to get a hair transplant, he shaved his head life on air (see the results here).

He went down to Gro who did a massive 8-hour procedure removing 7000 hairs from the back of Ben's head to the front of his head. They had to dye his hair black to they could see the blonde hair.

Ben has received messages from other NRL players and their wives enquiring and wanting their partners to do it too!

Bianca, Ben and Lakey have a special guest on the show Australian Swimming Legend Michael Kilm. Michael recently was inducted into the Swimming International Hall of Fame. He says, “it was a real surreal moment for me” and “I didn’t realise I won 54 international medals”. The awards are chosen by other Olympic champions as they individually nominate, Michael says it’s a humbling moment.  

He talks about his recent diagnosis of an auto-immune disease called Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP). It’s in his legs where his walking Is comprised, and he can’t stand on his toes.

Yesterday SeaFM had a BIG announcement, it was the big reveal of the Party In The USA. Bella was supposed to reveal the line-up at 9am however Lakey ruined it by saying it first.

He stole Bella’s moment…

Ben is super nervous on the show this morning, he admits that he is going to get a hair transplant TODAY!

He was up all night nervous about shaving his head today, so we got his wife Emma on the phone. Straight away she says “I’m excited” and “I feel like I am with a 60-year-old not a 37-year-old, so I’m excited”.

Kathryn Eisman has a special talent where she can “read a person’s true character just by looking at the clothes they are wearing” which is exactly what she is doing in her new TV show on paramount plus “Undressed”.
