Another powerful technique is the GROW model—a framework I use with clients seeking to build confidence:

Goal: Clearly define what confidence looks like for you.
Reality: Honestly assess your current confidence level.
Options: Explore strategies to build your confidence.
Way Forward: Commit to specific actions that move you toward your goal.

For example, if public speaking makes you nervous, your goal might be presenting comfortably at work. Your reality might be that you avoid speaking up. Your options could include practice sessions with friends or joining a speaking club. Your way forward might be a daily five-minute practice routine.

Remember that confidence isn't just a personal trait—it's a business and life asset. It helps you show up authentically, expand your visibility, and handle challenges with resilience.

When comparing yourself to others, ask: "What void am I trying to fill?" Often, envy points to deeper needs. Rather than wishing for someone else's life, focus on building confidence in your unique journey and strengths.

The path to confidence requires creating a safe space for self-reflection, setting achievable goals, and holding yourself accountable. With each small win, your self-belief grows stronger.

Confidence coaching isn't about becoming someone else—it's about becoming the most authentic version of yourself, embracing your strengths, and working constructively with areas for growth.
