Instead, challenge its statements and replace them with facts about your strengths and past wins.

Now, brainstorm your options. What could help you grow your confidence? For some, it’s practicing skills regularly or seeking out small challenges that push them gently out of their comfort zone. For others, it’s about building habits—like keeping a journal of positive feedback, or asking a friend for honest perspective. Remember, confidence grows with evidence. Each small step, each bit of progress, rewires your self-belief.
