John Keim joins Ben Standig to break down Washington’s offensive-line situation following the joint practice with Baltimore. Keim believes the biggest issue is continuity, with injuries creating constant lineup changes and exposing a lack of interior depth. He explains why Nick Allegretti’s absence has highlighted his importance and suggests the Commanders should look at improving their center situation. They also discuss the defense’s lack of continuity, Jayden Daniels’ development and expectations for the new offense.

Ben Standig and Jeff Zrebiec break down the Commanders-Ravens joint practice from Baltimore’s point of view. Zrebiec says the day was more balanced than the “Ravens dominated” narrative might suggest. He also discusses the early vibe surrounding Jesse Minter, why he didn't need to rebuild Baltimore’s culture, why the defense should take a major step forward and why the offense could be a work in progress. Plus, the preseason finale and Lamar Jackson’s contract negotiations.

Ben Standig and Marshall Kramsky discuss the biggest storylines surrounding the Commanders heading into their preseason finale. Kramsky explains what has stood out about Jayden Daniels, reacts to Washington’s rough showing against Baltimore in joint practice and previews Friday’s game, including the roster-bubble players and position battles that could make the biggest difference.

Ben Standig hosts Burgundy and Gold Today and says the reaction to Washington’s rough joint practice with Baltimore needs some context. The Commanders were without key pieces along the offensive line, including Nick Allegretti and Sam Cosmi, while the unit was forced into makeshift combinations. Standig believes Wednesday’s struggles say much more about Washington’s depth than its projected starting five.
