This is a what I call a reactive episode as the 3 topics I cover in this were all things that came into my head this week. Which isn't something I usually do. But I had a situation to deal with this week involving my ex so I talk though how I coped with that. I also talk about not making your life shorter than it needs to be and then finally I talk about living in land Delulu. A light hearted episode following a heavy episode last week.
