Hurt to Healing

Caggie Dunlop on opening up the conversation on sobriety and depression

Listen Later

On today’s episode I am joined by podcaster, author, former Made in Chelsea cast member and a very old friend of mine, Caggie Dunlop. Caggie is well known for her podcast, Saturn Returns, which is designed to help listeners feel calm during times of transitions - particularly during our late twenties which is a time that often brings big periods of change and unrest in many aspects of our lives. Caggie has recently written a book inspired by her hugely popular podcast where she shares personal stories, expert advice and empowers readers to embrace their own spiritual journey. Caggie knows first hand how challenging this period is and has been very open about feeling unsettled during her twenties, struggling with both anxiety and depression and drinking in a destructive way. I’m so pleased to have the opportunity to talk to her today about what she did to overcome the discomfort, learn to accept herself and ultimately improve her mental health.
