Events impacted include WCTE’s fundraiser Blues and Brews, Taste of The Town, Upper Cumberland Pride Festival and Wine on the West Side, to name a few. You spoke before the council urging them to reconsider this vote. What kind of impact do you believe measures like these will have for Cookeville and the growth of the Upper Cumberland?
