You know that saying, you can't see the forest for the trees?

When you are caught up in the day-to-day life activities- kids, school, jobs, partners, homes- when you look up, all you can see are the trees. You can't see the way out because every direction you look is just more trees.

But if you get in a helicopter and fly up above the trees, from the sky you can see the whole forest. And as you  look down on the whole forest you can easily see the path. You see exactly where to go straight, turn left, turn right... every move is obvious.

In this impromptu episode I'm sharing a personal story with you about getting stuck in the trees. I walk you through something I just went through, how I handled it, my fear, anxiety, stress, poor decisions... all of it. And, most importantly, how I got out of the mess I made.
