Energy is very misunderstood when it comes to the human body and how your body produces it. 

Specifically, people want to know how to burn energy, i.e.-body fat.  

For most in the field, it's a complete mystery, so they always resort to one type of energy, calories.  

But, if you've done cardio to 'burn fat', you'll know that it doesn't quite work that way.
