The truth is your pet's diet may be making them sick. Cereal-based pet foods have been linked to a dramatic rise in metabolic diseases in pets in the past few decades, leaving many furry friends struggling with obesity, allergies, and chronic metabolic health issues like cancer, diabetes and heart disease.
What if the key to unlocking your pet's optimal health lies in a diet that's more in line with their evolutionary roots?
In this conversation, we dive into the personal experiences of pet owners who've made the switch to a carnivore diet for their pets, and explore the remarkable benefits they've seen firsthand. From improved energy levels to reduced symptoms of chronic diseases, the results are compelling.
Join us as we explore the power of a meat-based diet for pets, and discover how simple changes can lead to a healthier, happier life for your furry companion.
Brian Kelly a 53-year old who defied the odds, and transformed his health on the Carnivore diet.
He had been struggling with obesity, debilitating gout, sciatica, tendonitis, visceral belly fat, and chronic inflammation that left him feeling tired and bloated. Sleepless nights and sleep apnea challenged him with daily brain fog. In his early 50s, he felt he was losing his vitality.
Brian discovered the Keto diet, which helped a bit, and then Carnivore, which really contributed to his healing. Now Brian has reclaimed his health.
The results are truly remarkable. No more gout, sciatica, tendonitis or sleep apnea. He's shed excess weight, banished his belly fat, and said good-bye to chronic inflammation. His energy levels have soared, and he's sleeping better than ever. The bloating is gone, and his mind is clear and focused.
Best of all, Brian feels rejuvenated and revitalized, with a newfound sense of purpose and enthusiasm for life. He's thrilled to share his story, hoping it will inspire others to take control of their health and transform their lives, just as he has.

In 2007, it was discovered that Michelle Sanders had a very rare form of abdominal cancer, pseudomyxoma peritonei. Pseudomyxoma peritonei is caused by cancerous cells that produce abundant mucus and tumors. The tumors cause adhesions (unnatural fibrous connection of tissues), and impede digestion and organ function. If left untreated, the tumors and mucus will fill the abdominal cavity.
In a procedure referred to as “The mother of all surgeries”, Michelle had most of her internal organs removed (spleen, appendix, omentum, bowel segments, etc.). Her liver and diaphragm were scraped. Then a heated chemotherapy solution was circulated through her abdominal cavity for 90 minutes, a procedure called HIPEC, which left her with masses of internal scar tissue, and damage to her vagus nerve.
After surgery, Michelle was only instructed to eat low fibre. Without further nutritional guidance, she ate mostly cake and chocolate, and her weight ballooned.
6 years ago, she tried Keto and dropped 6 stone/84 lbs. Almost 2 years ago, Michelle transitioned to Carnivore.
There have been some improvements in her condition, but she still has digestive issues. Michelle suffers from chronic overall pain, nerve pain and has CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome)
She does the Carnivore diet because she can't tolerate consuming any plants since her surgery. Michelle’s story is an unusual and remarkable one.

Ron Lawson, in his own words:
I’m a husband, dad of five, youth pastor, and tradesman who finally got tired of feeling like a worn-out power tool. Between work, kids, and church life, I was running on caffeine and prayers.
Then I found the carnivore lifestyle - and let’s just say meat fixed more than my hunger. My energy came back, my focus sharpened, and I started feeling like the man my family needs me to be.
Now I’m on a mission to help other guys do the same - ditch the junk, eat real food, and take back their health so they can show up strong, love their families well, and serve the people around them with purpose.

52-year-old Thomas Pruett has struggled with weight and health issues since middle school, at one point reaching 379 lbs, and developing Type 2 diabetes by age 30.
Over time he’s lost 125 lbs, but faced severe diabetic complications, including multiple heel surgeries, and toe amputations on both feet due to diabetic ulcers.
Thomas's journey involved job losses, financial struggles, and his mother's passing from cancer.
He found healing and support through online Carnivore diet groups, inspired by leaders like Dr. Ken Berry, Bella Steak and Butter Gal, Kerry Mann, and Mitch.
Since starting Carnivore, his A1c improved from 13 to 6.2, and he's now walking without needing a cane, knee scooter, walker, or wheelchair.
Thomas has a welcoming, supportive and informative YouTube channel, Target Prime Rib, where he does solo broadcasts or with-guest interviews covering topics of timely Carnivore interest. His Instagram, Facebook and TikTok pages are also Carnivore-relevant.
Thomas hopes others can relate to his story, and we are grateful he has shared it with us in this interview.
