As I celebrate my 50th birthday, I'm reflecting on lots of memories from the past few years and decades of my life. And while I've had many highs and lows, some big accomplishments and major failures, and a whole lot of learning along the way, I've realized that one of the most important and challenging aspects of life is being able to celebrate ourselves. On this episode, I talk about some of the reasons this can be hard, why it's so essential, and specific ways we can celebrate, appreciate, and honor who we are…wherever we may find ourselves at the present moment.
