Starbucks is reportedly developing new gluten-free menu items as the gluten-free food market continues to boom. While thatās exciting, I share my honest take on what celiacs actually need from Starbucks (hint: itās not just gluten-free bread).
š Gluten-Free Favorite of the Week
My pick this week is the Carbonaut Gluten-Free Seeded Bread. It toasts beautifully, holds together well, and has way better nutrition than most gluten-free breads. Itās not perfect (yes, it has some gums), but itās the best Iāve found in 15 years of having celiac.
