Choosing the right habits, people, places, and things to surround yourself with is the way to create a life that reflects your desired goals and aligns with your higher self. However, if you don’t actively choose these elements in your life, then someone else will do it for you—and it may not be what we want.

Living a purposeful life is all about making the right choices. Making the right choices about what you want is all about being in alignment with the person you want to be and where you’re going in life. Whatever you choose to do and not to do affects your life. So many things that go wrong in life can be avoided by making better choices, whether that is in health, relationships, pursuits, or the people in our life. We manifest everything around us through our thoughts and decisions. If our thoughts are self-limiting, our choices will be self-deprecating and become our life.
