Chris founded Approach Lending to bring East Tennessee a premiere, relationship based private lender. Chris has a decade of real estate investment experience as a flipper, residential landlord, and commercial developer. As an investor, Chris is able to help his borrowers as a lender and an advisor. Chris holds a theology degree from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. As a follower of Christ Jesus, Chris aims to serve and be a positive light to our local real estate community. When he is not networking and building Approach, Chris enjoys time with his family, friends, and having fun on the pickle ball court or golf course.
