Dr. Chuck Ruby earned his Ph.D. in 1995 at Florida State University. He is a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel with 20 years of military service as a criminal, counterintelligence, counterespionage special agent, and investigative psychologist in many capacities across the globe. Following his military career, Dr. Ruby has been a psychologist and coach in private practice.
