On today’s episode I had the pleasure of speaking with CJ Appenzeller of ATS strength in West Berlin, New Jersey.

CJ is a gym owner, a baseball  performance coach, and high performance consultant for various Division one baseball programs…In addition CJ is an adjunct professor at Rowan University.

In my opinion guy, CJ is one of the best baseball performance coach is in the country and a go-to resource whenever I have questions about working with baseball athletes.

In our conversation we discuss:

• How to manage load in baseball athletes especially during these crazy COVID times
• We discuss what strength is and how it actually applies to the baseball field
• And how athletes can work through injuries effectively
