Along with so many of you, we are heartbroken over the loss of Rachel Held Evans. She passed away at 37 over the weekend, leaving behind her husband, two small children, and a legacy of progressive faith that will continue to impact the global church for years to come. We share our grief and thoughts on the importance of commemorating life. In the second half of the episode, we are sharing our interview with her from last fall, in which she discusses her last book, Inspired. This conversation previously ran on Pantsuit Politics on August 27, 2018. We want to hear your opinions! Please take a couple minutes and fill out our 2019 listener survey. We are thinking big about the future of the podcast and and we can't possibly continue down that road without your guidance. Thanks to our sponsors: StoryWorth and Harper Wilde. Our book is out! You can purchase it now - for yourself, for friends, for your representative, for your senator, for everyone! To support the show and get access to regular bonus content, visit our Patreon page.
