Bill had been doing IF a bit prior to finding Vinnie. The two have been together for 12 years. When they began NSNG®, both were at their heaviest. Bill started, and about two months later, Kim came on. They started during COVID! While most people are gaining weight now, they started losing weight during the pandemic. Bill started at 240. He got down to 170 but didn't like how he looked. Now, he probably hovers between 175 and 180 at 6'1". In ten months, he got down to healthy. For many, it will take longer and THAT IS OKAY. Kim started around 143 at 5'4." Currently, she fluctuates between 113 and 115 lbs. She's a size zero! She feels confident in a bikini in her 50s. They made the decision.
