She currently serves as the executive director of Con Mi Madre (CMM), a non-profit organization operating in Central Texas. CMM partners with local school districts to provide a curriculum focused on social-emotional learning and college readiness to students from 6th grade through their college years. Drawing on her extensive background in non-profit work, higher education, and public education, Johanna emphasizes collaboration across various sectors.
