On today’s episode, we had the pleasure of sitting down with Lindsey Wedgeworth. Growing up as a dancer, Lindsey had the unique opportunity to work on a cruise ship after college and then move to Los Angeles. When the pandemic happened, life three a curveball that allowed Lindsey to pivot. She is now living her best balanced, well-rounded life in Florida as a content creator with her growing podcast and social media channels. 

We covered so many wholesome topics from taking risks, being away from your family, mental health, doing things alone, body image, social pressure, planning trips on a budget, prioritizing your values and finding a realistic balance between all that life offers.
