Jenn Christison grew up wanting to change the world as a teacher, social worker, or stand-up comedian. After exploring all three, she discovered her most significant impact could be made by leading organizational transformation.
With over 15 years of experience as a performance improvement consultant, senior leader, facilitator, and coach across multiple industries and sectors, Jenn brings a wealth of expertise to her work. Her educational background in Society, Ethics, and Human Behavior has shaped her improvement framework, emphasizing team and leadership development alongside technical process improvement.
Committed to the principles of respect for people and continuous improvement, Jenn owns and operates Seven Ways Consulting. She helps motivated leaders become even better through custom coaching, facilitation, and education services. Peter Lowe is Director of Improvement at The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust in England. He founded the Dudley Improvement Practice which is the organisation’s Continuous Improvement system used across The Dudley Group Acute and Community care settings. Peter believes in a person-centred approach to improvement and uses the concepts of compassionate leadership, and Nancy Kline’s ‘Time to Think’ way of being to support healthcare professionals with their amazing ideas for improving services for patients.
Peter has taken the work of Mike Rother and Tilo Schwarz to produce an Improvement Kata and Coaching Kata development programme which is double accredited with Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Standards Office and the Kata Competency System (KCS) licensed by Cardiff University.
Peter also has his own improvement consultancy business; Continuous North and provides training and coach development for improvement teams in the National Health Service.

Andy is a keynote speaker, best-selling author and ‘recovering academic’. He specialises in positive psychology and the science of human flourishing. The reward for grinding out his PhD is that Andy gets to call himself a Dr of Happiness.
If you put the cheesy title to one side, the good doctor believes there has never been a more important time to focus on mental health and wellbeing.
Andy heads up a not-for-profit training company with an enviable client list, including Microsoft, Astra Zeneca, Jaguar Landrover, IKEA and the National Health Service. The surplus is ploughed into school and community projects.
Andy has been described as a ‘wellbeing revolutionary’. His mission is to change the narrative and re-focus psychology away from what’s wrong with people to what’s right. His messages act as a gentle nudge towards people taking charge of their own mental health.

Hanah Polotsky, MD, MBOE is a physician executive with twenty years of progressive leadership experience in value-based healthcare, operations, and medical group management. With her proven track record of evaluating company needs and utilizing operational excellence, she facilitates cross-functional redesigns to improve healthcare access, quality, and patient experience followed by anchoring change in new systems, skills, and behaviors.
Originally from Belarus, Hanah graduated from New York University with a Bachelor's in Biochemistry and received her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she completed her residency in Internal Medicine. After a few years as a clinician educator, she completed Endocrinology Fellowship at New York Hospital – Cornell and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
In her various roles including Director of Operational Excellence, Vice President of Medical Home Care Delivery, and Enterprise Regional Medical Director, she developed many innovative physician leaders. As a practicing physician, boarded in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, she seamlessly integrates exam room experiences into leadership coaching.

Mike is Executive Director for the Center for Quality People & Organizations (CQPO). Mike Hoseus brings both manufacturing operations and specialization in Human Resource experience to CQPO. CQPO is an organization developed in 1999 as a vision of Toyota Motor Manufacturing to share Lean Quality philosophy and human resource practices with education, business, and community organizations. CQPO current projects with Toyota include New Hire selection and training process, Team Leader and Group Leader post promotion training, Quality Circle Leader and Manager training, and Global Problem Solving for all levels. Mike is co author with Dr. Jeffery Liker (Author of the Toyota Way) of Toyota Culture. Mike is an adjunct professor with the Lean Enterprise Institute.
Prior to CQPO, Mike was a corporate leader for 13 years at Toyota Motor Manufacturing’s Georgetown, Kentucky, plant both in Human Resources and Manufacturing. As Assistant General Manager in Human Resources, his responsibilities included personnel, safety, HR development, employee relations, benefits, training, and manufacturing/human resource teams for a plant of 8000 team members. His major initiative was development of the enhanced relationship between Human Resource and Manufacturing. Mike’s operational responsibilities in manufacturing started in 1987 as a front line supervisor in vehicle assembly. This included all aspects of safety, quality, productivity, cost and morale for operations. With experience as Assembly Plant Manager and eventually Assistant General Manager, his responsibilities increased to include both assembly plants including operations, maintenance, and engineering.
Mike currently supports organizations with Lean Culture transformations focusing on the roles of Executive Management and Human Resources and how the Quality People Value Stream integrates with the Operations Value Stream.
Mike has served and contributed to numerous community boards such as the Kentucky Community and Technical College System and the Lexington Mayor’s Partnership for Youth. Mike has degrees in Business and Psychology from Xavier University and a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary. Mike’s wife, Suzy and he are co-founders of CMH, Inc. and Life Learning Ministries and have three children, Ben, Leah and Lindsay as well as daughter in law, Jessica (Ben).

Chris is a multi-award winning author, international speaker, and coach. He is a certified Shingo Institute master-level trainer, a Shingo Institute Faculty Fellow, Examiner and Member. He coaches executive teams and transfers continuous improvement knowledge across all levels of an organisation. Chris is also the author of three Shingo Publication Awards for books he has co-authored.
Brad is a senior leadership coach focused on helping leaders improve themselves and their organization to create a better future economically, socially and environmentally for future generations. He is host of the Enterprise Excellence Podcast and Community, author of the book "Agile Sales", and a certified trainer and coach in Lean Six Sigma and the Agile Education Program.

As a designer-researcher Sarah has been a typosensory expert since 2013. She has co-published papers with Professor Charles Spence of the University of Oxford. Sarah combines her findings with collated research. She translates this into multisensory experiences and interactive demonstrations. Her talks are packed with audience participation and live experiments. Her experiment-themed events are designed to engage curiosity.

Dr. Papier is the co-founder and CEO of VisualDx. A thought leader in clinical informatics, Dr. Papier maintains the overall vision for the company with a keen focus on product integration and impacting costs in healthcare through clinical accuracy. His entrepreneurial drive, years of clinical experience, and passion for delivering true healthcare solutions have propelled the company to the forefront of clinical decision support in quality and innovation.
A dermatologist and medical informatics expert, Dr. Papier has a particular interest in designing clinical decision support systems based on visually rich knowledge areas to reduce diagnostic error at the point of care. Urs is a former United Nations military peacekeeper and NATO military peacekeeping commander, a highly accomplished ultraendurance champion, a widely published professor, bestselling author, and a seasoned executive coach and keynote speaker with more than three decades of experience helping hundreds of leaders and dozens of executive teams unlock new levels of achievement across four continents.

James R. Korndorffer, Jr. MD MHPE FACS is Associate Professor and Vice Chair of Education in the Department of Surgery at Stanford University. Previously he served as Vice chair of Surgery at Tulane University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. While at Tulane he also was the Surgery Residency Program Director, the assistant dean for Graduate medical education and the Medical Director of the Tulane Center for Advanced Medical Simulation and Team Training. He received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University, his Medical Degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine and his Masters in Health Professions Education from the University of Illinois Chicago. His general surgery residency was completed at The Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina and his Advanced Laparoscopic Fellowship was completed at Tulane University.
He is actively involved in numerous national societies including the American College of Surgeons, the Society for Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, the Association for Surgical Education, and the Association for Program Directors in Surgery. He serves on the American College of Surgeons Committee on Validation of Surgical Knowledge and Skills, SAGES Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery and Development Committees and also serves as the APDS research committee vice chair.
Dr. Korndorffer has published over 60 papers in peer reviewed journals, 5 book chapters and has presented at over 100 national meetings. Dr. Korndorffer’s clinical interests include minimally invasive surgery for gastrointestinal disorders and hernias. His research interests include surgical education, surgical simulation, patient safety, and patient care quality.
