There are so many components to health then what we put in our bodies. It’s not a tunnel vision around what we eat and how much we move. Our life is synergetic, and everything we experience, from the spirit, mind, emotions, and body, is a nutrient that impacts our health, and it can either be nourishing or detrimental.
As an athlete, your breath, relationships, environment, and self-perception are nutrients, and they determine your subjective human experience (SHE). Your SHE is who you are, and it is determined by what you have been told about yourself. Your YOU can limit you from achieving your fitness goal, and you have to discover your true identity to break through.
You’re here to become more, and creating your identity is key. It’s the foundation of what your life experiences will always be. You cannot transform your habits, character, lifestyle, or body with your old identity. It doesn’t matter how much you are investing in your transformation. You will always rebound if you are stuck in the “I can’t and I’m not” mentality.
