Hello Pluckies! I'm sure you're used to stories of people struggling and facing failures to eventually succeed. I mean we certainly have a bunch of them on Plucking Up as well - failing or 'plucking up' is important for our growth.

But my guest today, Conor Lewis, tells us why it's important even though you may not find the success you hoped.

Conor was the founder of one of the biggest kickstarters ever with a children's toy company. But through the hurdles and deep setbacks he faced, Conor remained relentless and hopeful.

Conor tells us what he learned through that journey - this one is a tear-jerker and truly inspirational one! Fun fact - Conor is also the husband of one of my dear friends.
