As we head into the holiday season, gathering with friends and loved ones, there's usually a ton of food involved, and thankfully, that food is flavored with tasty herbs!
One thing we tend to forget though, is that these herbs are medicine, the very same medicine our ancestors used, and you can still use too.
So in this episode I'm talking about 3 of my favorite culinary herbs to make a great feast with, Sage, Rosemary, & Thyme, and some of their medicinal properties. (You'd better bet I REALLY want to say Parsley, in front of Sage, Rosemary & Thyme!)
And, if you'd like to get early access to Medicine Makin' Mommas, you can head right here.
I hope you enjoy the show!
