Hey CC Babes, for today's episode we are joined by the fierce cowgirl herself, Dakota Brandenburg. Having won 2017 Aus Stock Contractor of the Year and 2015 Bucking Bull of the Year, she details what it actually takes to breed bucking bulls and breaks down the stigmas and misperceptions surrounding the rough stock industry.
In our chat, find out what it's like growing up behind the chutes, working with your family, and balancing multiple passions. Dakota shares her take on the idea of 'can we really juggle it all' and breaks down what it takes to make goals become a reality.
Not about the spotlight she's been thrown into, Dakota is honest and humble to the core and believes you need to throw yourself in the deep end to push your comfort zone. With so many take-home pieces of advice and inspiration to be gained from Koda's attitude, this episode is one not to skip.

Hey CC babes, happy Friday!!! On this week's ep, Bell is joined by Chelsea Woodard, who at the age of 20 decided to leave everything she had ever known because it was NOW OR NEVER. In our conversation, Chelsea shares her story of running away from home in the middle of the night, what first experiences she's had since making that tough call a year ago, and what lessons she's had to learn the hard way in that time. Chelsea details what it took for her to realise that in order for her to help someone struggling with mental health, she first had to help herself. With a refreshing perspective on EVERYTHING, there is something to be gained by everyone from this chat.

Hey CC babes, happy Friday!!! Today we're joined in conversation with Kindil Way. You may recognise Kindil as a western styled content creator, photographer, and clothing designer of the former brand, 'Out West Couture'. But aside from that identity, Kindil shares how she has forged a path both in and out of the agricultural industry by chasing down a continuously evolving dream and how that has led to a broad range of job titles with some including ski instructor, fruit picker, drover, and vet nurse amongst a long list of others.
From her time working up North to working in Canada, Kindil reveals how she was driven by those high school teachers who doubted her capabilities and passions. In our chat, we find out how Kindil met her now husband, Kevin, in the Canadian rockies and how she recently made the decision to shift her priorities rather than continuing to pour from an empty cup.

Do we all have imposter syndrome and dopamine addictions? Would you rather romantic or platonic love? How do we actually navigate body image? Is jealousy a curse? Are geckos worse than toads? AND who has the most embarrassing story?
Today's show is a deep and meaningful chat with Tons and Bell, addressing some of the topics that have been front of mind for us lately. We dive into the negative slump we've been in and what we're doing to turn that around. It might all sound serious, but don't worry, there's still plenty of laughs along the way.

Hey CC babes, happy Friday!!! Today we're diving into the drinking culture in the bush with Sober In The Country's founder and creator, Shanna Whan, who just celebrated her own 9th alcohol-free lap around the sun.
Find out in this episode what SITC is, how this journey first started for Shanna, why a big drinking culture is still so worshipped and championed in isolated rural areas, what we can do to better support our friends choosing less booze or no booze... and why it's vital we are all part of this conversation around mental health and mateship.
Shanna Whan is the rural woman, founder, CEO, and face behind SITC. She's an Australian of the Year recipient who decided to ''do what she could to be part of the change'' after almost losing her life to alcohol addiction in 2015. Today, through her tireless advocacy, SITC has grown from an online blog into a nationally respected grassroots not-for-profit, shifting the entire conversation around booze in the bush. And it's saving and changing lives. Shanna lives in rural northwest NSW with her beloved menagerie, and husband, Tim.
SITC is a grassroots not-for-profit pioneering radical change and social impact across rural Australia by changing the narrative around booze in the bush. Far from being prohibitionist ... this small charity is all about social inclusion - and is achieving massive things using straight ''bush'' talk, powerful lived-experience advocacy, and their nationally recognised #OK2SAYNO mental health movement.
