Jacob Vanderslice is a Principal at Denver-based VanWest Partners. Jacob has been investing in real estate full time since 2005 and resides in Denver with family.

  VanWest Partners is a real estate investment firm focusing on residential, commercial, and primarily self storage. VanWest and its affiliates own 23 self-storage facilities throughout the mountain west, midwest, and southeast- and recently closed a Fund focused on acquiring under-performing self storage facilities and adding value through capital improvements, revenue management, and expense optimization.  VanWest plans to launch a subsequent Fund with a similar strategy in Q4 of 2020.
