#70: Brittney Hippensteel is creator and sole employee of Hamilton Wax Co., a handmade soy wax candle company based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. As most small business owners have to do, Brittney also maintains her full time job as a senior digital designer while being the sole operator of her business. Her background in graphic design and photography is the foundation of how and why she wanted to build her own creative business, in which she plans to continue to scale over a long-term growth.
