This week I’m honored to chat with 23-time All-American, 2-time NCAA Champion, and 2008 Olympic medalist, Caroline Burckle. She experienced a lot of ups and downs starting at a very early age and also several years after retiring from competition. Caroline is now on a mission to help athletes find their identity out of sport, gain confidence as a human being, and increase awareness and normalcy for athletes to be more vulnerable and honest about the mental pressures that come along with competing in sport.
