If you read about the auction everyone is stating the numbers were huge but when you dig into them it shows that most auctions were down not up. Lets chat about how to read these numbers. 

Also, we talk about customer service and how the world is changing rapidly. Customers harassing staff members is causing small and large companies to reduce access to their company leading to worse customer experience. But is it companies being cheap or actually companies caring about their employees?
