An hour-long walk, before breakfast, is my favorite daily habit. It is a routine that I rarely miss and one which I credit for much of my current health and vitality. Dave Paul, an American radio host currently living in the state of South Carolina, is on a mission to promote the longevity enhancing habit through his podcast and blog, Walking is Fitness. With engaging monologues, recording during his morning walk, Dave shares his daily adventures with an audience that he says are "doing a hard thing," but hopefully reaping the physical and mental rewards of a commitment to fitness.
