The girls also discuss whether or not they do "Elf on a Shelf" and WHY has this become so controversial!? Then Caitlin reveals to Rachael her two (non-elf related) worst parenting moments that took place in the same week (resulting in possibly lifelong trauma for one kid + an unknown tropical disease for the other), and they debate whether or not it's okay for Boomers to take just their kids (and not their kid's spouses) on a family vacation. The answer may surprise you!!
