All of us get anxious thoughts, especially when under stress - trying to ignore them or cover them up with food, alcohol, TV or social media only increases our suffering in the long run. In this episode we explore paying attention to our anxious thoughts - inviting them in, making them a cup of tea and listening to what they have to say. By being present with our anxiety we can reduce the impact it has on our wellbeing.
