Actor Donald Sutherland, known for performances in a range of films including “The Dirty Dozen,” “M*A*S*H,” “Ordinary People,” “National Lampoon’s Animal House” and the “Hunger Games” films, has died at age 88. In March, 2012, Sutherland spoke with WGN Radio’s Dean Richards about his “Hunger Games” role:
