-For this practice, you’ll simply lie down in a comfortable place, close your eyes, connect to your breath and follow my voice into a deep state of relaxation. At the end of the practice, I invite you to do some short and simple journaling. Just a few minutes with a pen, paper and your thoughts will help you to deepen your experience.
