Briana's journey started with her experience with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), sparking her mission to bring the conversation around periods out of the menstrual health niche and into our everyday lives. With over 5 years of personal and professional experience in cycle syncing, Briana specializes in helping entrepreneurs leverage their menstrual cycle for optimal energy and productivity.

Briana is a 2/4 Generator and takes us deep into how her G Center fits into the equation. We'll explore the defined and undefined G Centers, understanding how they influence our daily decisions.

The G Center is the hub of self-love, sense of identity, and direction. But there's a twist – the defined and undefined sides! Defined G Centers offer a consistent energy within the sense of self.  While undefined G Centers let your energy ebb and flow, allowing you to blend into any situation.

Briana shares her approach when lacking clarity due to her undefined G Center – leaning into her authority and connecting back to how it feels within her body.
