Donna is a nurse practitioner that worked for a neurology group of twelve doctors for eight years of her career. She would be kept well past her scheduled work hours, sometimes working up to 12 hour shifts 5 days a week. These toxic doctors would triangulate the staff, gaslight their abilities and take full advantage of Donna's willingness to work hard.
