  • My Personal Dating & Relationship Checklist

This episode is for anyone who’s ever second-guessed themselves in love (which is pretty much all of us!)

I’m walking you through my personal dating and relationship checklist, not as a set of rigid rules, but as a tool to stay in alignment with who I am and what I really want. Think of it as a gentle nudge back to yourself when the noise of dating, relationships, or even marriage gets too loud.

I’m sharing the real questions I ask -  the kind that cut through the fluff and help you see what’s working and what’s not. Whether you’re dating, in a long-term relationship, or just getting curious about what you truly need, this one’s going to get you thinking. Expect honesty, a little humor, and a lot of heart.

    Here are the Highlights:

(05:27) Be The Queen w/ Christine Hassler & Stefanos Sifandos

(13:18) That don’t impress me much

    (14:37) Curiosity is critical

Not just once, but again and again, especially when life gets noisy and chaotic. These are real life tools I use constantly to stay grounded in who I really am that you can implement today.

We’ll talk about your environment being a mirror to what you really think of yourself and how play, your relationship dynamics, and personal boundaries all greatly shape your sense of worth. If you’ve ever outsourced your value to others, this is your reminder to take it back.

    Here are the Highlights:

(02:11) Why self-worth is the gateway to attracting everything we want

(05:53) Carve out time for things you love

  • Book 2 Sneak Peek: The Danger Of Silver Linings

In this short but meaningful episode, I'm reading an excerpt from my next book - a piece that came from a major catalyst: one of my “failed” relationships.

I give a sneak peek not just into my book, but into a very vulnerable part of my life. Tune in to learn how I used silver linings to avoid facing what was really happening in a relationship that looked calm on the surface but was quietly chipping away at me.

If you’ve ever clung to the “bright side” a little too tightly, this one's going to land.

    Here are the Highlights:

(01:32) Opening my heart after two years and several “failed” relationships

(02:57) Leaving behind the “toxic fairytale savior”

(04:48) Bringing consciousness to the dumpster fire ahead

(05:30) Viewing a painful circumstance as a net positive

  • Get Out of Your Own Way & Cultivate a Life of Truth

In this episode, I’m sharing something that’s been seven years in the making. I recorded this one from the desert to emphasize what happens when you give yourself the gift of space - not just an escape from the mundane or the chaotic, but a chance to actually slow down, reflect, and pinpoint where you may be living in survival mode. I know I did for longer than I needed to.

We talk about what operating in hyper-vigilance does to your system, your mind, and your reality and how to shift into feeling safe and calm. We unpack how I’ve personally been reclaiming my energy, starting with who gets access to it - physically, mentally, and even digitally.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re constantly treading water, this one’s for you. It’s possible that you no longer need to claw your way out, but instead are standing on the beautiful foundation you built.

    Here are the Highlights:

    (00:58) Hello from Joshua Tree

(04:58) The hamster wheel of hyper-vigilance

(09:03) Overwhelm and living from the sidelines

(20:03) The weakest phrase you can ever use

(22:48) Understanding the value of pausing our efforts

(33:12) Identifying energy leaks allowing access to ourselves

(34:23)A social media exercise that will change your life

Ever felt like you're just pretending, waiting for that magical moment when you finally feel like an adult? I know for many years I did. In this episode, I’m unpacking what maturity really means to me beyond the surface stuff and straight into how we treat ourselves, show up for our future selves, and stop living for everyone else’s comfort first. When it all boils down to it, maturity is taking responsibility for the fact that we only have this one life.

Tune in where I share 14 ways that I have personally stepped into true adulthood allowing me to feel more grounded, more honest, and way more at peace in my own life. It’s time to not just look like an adult on the outside, but to truly feel like one on the inside allowing you to live your best life.

  • Self-Care Vs Self-Preservation

I used to think self-care was something I had to figure out completely on my own, but after many burnouts, realized I’d taken it too far. It became clear the version of self-care we’re fed by society might be quietly wearing us down and that it’s missing a few critical complements.

On the flipside, I’m sharing a key element to self-care and well-being: self-preservation. I dive deep into how to set standards that protect not only your peace, but your overall wellness. I share how saying “no” and letting people go has become a staple in my self-care and one of the most caring things we can do for ourselves. This episode is honest, unfiltered, and might just shift the way you treat your own well-being.

    Here are the Highlights:

    (02:21) The misconceptions about self-care

(06:10) The role of relationships in self-care

(14:29) What is self-preservation and why is it so important?

(32:51) Some practical steps for self-preservation

(36:02) Community’s role in all of this

(36:23) Learning your limits and setting boundaries

  • Attachment Theory: How I Finally Felt Secure in Love

If you've ever felt like you're too much, not enough, or constantly guessing where you stand with someone, I’ve got you. In this episode I’m sharing the two biggest shifts that helped me go from flailing with anxiety in relationships to feeling insanely secure.

Attachment theory changed how I show up in love, friendships, and even how I treat the most important person in my life: myself. This is life changing information I wish my last handful of therapists taught me, but since they didn’t, someone has to step up and do it!

Tune in to hear my personal experience with what actually allowed me to create real safety in connection - beginning with myself.

    Here are the Highlights:

(04:19) A short breakdown of Attachment Theory

(06:47) Exploring Attachment Styles in Adults

(11:35) My personal attachment style and how it manifested in relationships

(14:34) Friendship’s role in developing secure attachment

(27:42) Addressing unmet needs and co-dependency

(31:41) A unique “brand” of love that can’t be manufactured or replicate

If you’ve ever bitten your tongue, masked your feelings, or shape-shifted to fit in, this episode might just hit home.

I’m sharing what happened when I stepped out of my comfort zone and into a New Moon gathering that involved forest bathing (aka Shinrin-Yoku), a sacred tea ceremony, and a moment that cracked something wide open in me.

Oh…and I cried in front of a bunch of strangers. And I didn’t apologize for it to make everyone comfortable. Big breakthrough for yours truly.

This conversation is about what happens when we stop performing and start being ourselves so we can attract spaces that feel like home. I talk about healing, people pleasing, and being seen - not to mention the incredible miracles that appear when we show up exactly as we are in our messy, emotional, and wildly beautiful human selves.
