Today on the podcast we have run coach Nicholas Klastava who breaks down when a runner should make the switch to running for effort instead of pace and how this one switch can improve their performance and mental strength. 

Nick is a run coach that works with runner to not only improve their performance, but also their mental performance including celebrating every small win.
