Following on from the last couple of episodes where I went deep into the world of fat loss. Today I’m unpacking further to help you better understanding how the body works during a fat loss phase. I see so many people try diet after diet and fall off track, so I’m breaking down the misconceptions and beliefs that come with diets. We often hear others say “bread, pasta & carbs is bad”, and as we start to phase those foods out of our diet, we start to see results and assume that they are ‘bad’. There is a lot that happens in the body to result in the change, and having that knowledge is powerful in order to smash out your fat loss phase.
