In today’s show, the human strength expert Kyle Newell shares how you too can discover your path. Everyone has his own unique path to follow. However, sometimes you could feel like getting behind or going astray. Tune in to what Kyle says about it, and learn tips that can help you become better!
YOUR Path to TakeIn his recent Mastermind session, Kyle learned that none can go off his path. This is because you have your own path. You can commit mistakes, go slowly, or feel like getting off it but it’s still yours to take.
For Kyle, everything that happened in his life led him to becoming the person he is now. There could be times in life where you’d want to speed through things. But just as Ghandi put it, there’s more to life than increasing its speed.
Take Time, No RushHaving the need to rush to your goals can result into anxiety. You tend to focus on external things that are mostly uncontrollable. That’s when you start basing everything on whether you made it or not.
“Knowing that it’s all your path and that there is no race—there’s no rush—to get there, it’s important that we take time to relax.” -Kyle Newell
Time is limited. This is why you could feel like you don’t have the time to do specific things. That makes you force things until you get burned out.
Meditation and RelaxationKyle spent some 10 minutes today at the river. He meditated on the scenes in his life, including the most rewarding ones.
Next, he went into a future scene with all the emotion he could take. He didn’t think about the external things, but rather on how many people he could inspire.
