Ditch The Diet Drama and Achieve Your Goals with Lia Pinelli

In this week's episode of the Fall In Love with Fitness Podcast, I interview health and life coach: Lia Pinelli

Lia spent her whole life struggling with overeating and getting her weight under control. No matter how many books she read, diets she tried, or mindful eating methods she subscribed to, she couldn’t resolve her struggle with food and weight.

“Trust me, I tried it all,” she said. She ate smaller portions, eliminated carbs, and reduced her fat intake, but she always felt deprived and hungry. “I thought the problem was me.”

It wasn’t until becoming a life coach in 2016 that Lia learned about coaching women to stop overeating by changing their mindset around food and approaching eating from a psychological aspect.

Not only did she stop overeating without using willpower or resistance, but she no longer experienced the over-hunger and cravings that had plagued her since childhood.

Lia is on a mission to teach other busy women how to ditch the diet drama and reach their goals once and for all.
