Cassie defines coaching as, “The person who guides you higher up the mountain. THey can see things, like where the foot hold is that you can't see. They can see where you need to let go. They anchor you to where you're going in case you fall.

 

Cassie and Ginny share stories of how a coach supported them, including holding the space to charge more and where to put their energy.
