The bill that caused record numbers of New Zealanders to march on parliament last month in opposition to the bill. But this poll suggests there is support for the bill and New Zealanders want their say. And if a referendum was not held the second choice New Zealanders opted for in the poll was that parliament should determine what the treaty principles are. What does it mean?
