Before we jump into 2022….we’re going to take some time to stop and get healthy from the inside out.

Today we’re starting a four part Are You Really OK? Series about getting healthy from the inside out. We’re focusing on emotional health, mental health, spiritual health, and physical health and helping you do a quick assessment of your own health and how to take next steps!

In today’s episode we’re talking about the three parts to emotional health, and why sometimes your New Year’s Resolutions end up falling flat by the end of January. Because so much of why we do what we do stems deeper than our behaviors — and goes down to the roots of our emotional and mental health.
