Unfortunately, some Bishops & Pastors can be misleading. A lot of them refrain from talking about narcissism because the shoe usually fits them. Try the spirit by the spirit. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, It’s a duck! You don’t have to dim your light for someone who is insecure and only feels good when they tear you down. That’s not your problem. It’s up to that person to put in the self empowerment work, if it doesn’t come natural.
