Sara is a certified coach, her specialty being Transitions & Pivots in life. She is an author, her book is called “Walk Through This”, about forgiveness and healing. She is also a Keynote Speaker.

Sara had a trauma 10 years ago.Her husband betrayed her and she had 3 young sons.

She moved out of a big house to a small one with 3 boys and raised them while going thru grief, anger and trauma. The next 10 years are a model of learning, growing, self-care, knowing who she is. And now, Sara is sharing what she’s learned with us. So many of us go through grief, transitions, pivots, finding love again, parenting, and so much more.

Sara, like Heather, finds solace in nature. She guides groups down the Grand Canyon, and other retreats. Sara also combines her love of the steepest mountain climbs with her coaching, Her intention is always to make the participants stronger and committed to living fearlessly, and do the hard things that will ultimately lead to a more joyous life. Ten years later, Sara is happier than ever before. She continues her journey to help others thru their toughest times and helps them come through it all happy, living boldly and creating ripple effects thru the world.
